Hey savers, in this website walkthrough, I'm going to show you how to add your mobile phone number and a personal email address in your account, as well as manage your communication preferences. First, log into your online account. Once you're in your account, hover over your name in the upper right hand corner and select communication preferences. On this page, you're going to choose edit and add or update your email addresses. After you make any additions or updates, be sure to click save. One thing I want to point out is that your account can include three email addresses. Two personal email addresses and one employer provided email. The employer provided email is the address we receive from your workplace. This email address cannot be changed or deleted. So it's very important that you add one or two personal email addresses just in case your employer provided email becomes inactive or compromised. Now, after adding your personal email, make sure you update your notification and alert settings so all account notifications and transaction alerts are sent to your personal email address you have on file.
